  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take 1–2 additional days.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and weather or logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner name
  • Real-time shipment status

You can track your order anytime using the link provided in your SMS or email.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

Correct & Active Phone Number (Important)

  • Always provide an active phone number that you can answer.
  • Courier partners may call or SMS for verification or delivery instructions.
  • Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers can lead to delivery delays or return to sender.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

Orders may be delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Invalid pin code
  • Wrong phone number
